We recommend to test your microphone and camera click on Mic/Cam Test.

This test will diagnose your device and provide any troubleshooting. 

 If your device requires camera permissions approval follow the steps below: 

• Click on the Microsoft icon and search for Camera Privacy in the search bar

• On the Camera access for this device is on page click on the Change button
  • If it is already On, turn it Off and then turn it back On.
• Make sure Allow apps to access your camera is switched On
• Turn the Camera access ON for the browser as you want to give it permission to access your Camera
  • we recommend using Chrome for best results

Reset camera app on Windows 10

Reseting camera app may fix system glitches that make the camera not work on Windows 10 and gives the app a fresh restart.

Follow the steps below to reset the camera app: 

• On your PC, go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Camera
• Select Camera app and click Advanced options
• Click Reset

• Don't forget to refresh the browser for the settings to take affect
