Attendee Console

 

 

The menu bar includes the following tools that are accessible during an event. 

 

• Tile View or Back to Floor

The default view when you first log in will be Back to Floor and the button will be labeled Tile View.

Tile View is recommended during a Q&A or Interview session. 

 

• Toggle On or Off Cam and Mic

Click on both these buttons to turn on or off the Camera and Mic feature. 

 

 

• Chat

Use the Chat button to send a message to other attendees or the help desk.

 

• Share Screen

When your session requires sharing your screen, use the Share Screen button. 

 

• Whiteboard

The White Board is tool that can be utilized during a session to share content or create a workspace that can be accessible to others. 

• Quit Event

When ready to exit the event, press the Quit Event button.
