While most floor plans are going to be unique for each event as an example, use the event floor plan below to identify the general spaces.
- Depending on the size of the event, one or more ePosterBoards Help Desk will be identified on each floor titled Help Desk. The ePosterBoards Event Moderator can be found at each help desk.
- At the top middle section of your floor plan window you will find the Quick Virtual 2D Tutorial Video, Event Stage, and Floor Schedule.

If there is a main speaker during your event, they will speak from the Event Stage

Each floor plan will have its own schedule or directory available for you to access

hover your computer mouse over the Floor Schedule to magnify the content

Each floor plan will have an Event Banner that will contain the event name, as well, the Event Agenda
- click on the Event Agenda button to view the agenda for the floor plan

Your profile settings can be accessed on each floor by clicking on the profile icon found at the top right corner of the floor plan. Click on the icon to edit your profile.

If the floor plan includes more than one floor, all floors will be accessible from the Elevator Dial found on the left-hand side of the floor plan.

All floors that are active and accessible will be colored green, the floors that are not colored are not active and accessible

Floor plans may include Event Button(s) that will either transition you to another space within the event that is not part of the floor plan, or provide content that is useful during the event. For example, a list of presenters or speakers.

The Event Button(s) will be placed and can be identified throughout the floor plan.

The Menu Button when clicked on, will give you access to the event settings including a dropdown menu for your device camera, microphone, and speaker.
