The recommended slide show set up for a Powerpoint file is Browsed by an individual (window). 

Follow the steps below to set up your slide show properly. 

• Click on the Slide Show tab ---> Set Up Slide Show button
• Select Browsed by an individual (window) ---> OK

• Click on Play From Start or Slide Shot button

• This view allows for the screen to be resizable. Click on the corners of the screen to adjust the size. 

• Once happy with the size of the window from the event window click on the Screen Sharing button ---> Application Window ---> Select the Powerpoint application window
