To clear browser cookies on Chrome, follow the steps below: 

• Click on the More button at the top right corner of the Chrome browser 
• Select More Tools ---> click on Clear Browsing Data

• A new tab will open on the browser, taking you to Chrome settings
• In the Clear Browsing Data window, select all three options
  • Browsing history
  • Cookies and other site data
  • Cached images and files
• Click on Clear Data

• Refresh the browser for the settings to take affect
