Submitting Your Presentation File

Follow the steps below to successfully submit your file. 


1. Visit to log into your submission account. 


2. Upon signing up, you will be directed to the submission dashboard.

Note that if you are a first time user, the dashboard will be empty. Once you begin to submit, all submissions will be listed in the All Submissions tab. 



3. When you are ready to submit, click on the ePosterBoards submissions portal link


4. Scroll down and click on the event name to be redirected to the individual submission page. 


5. The submissions page will list specific details that pertains to your event and guidelines on how to properly create and submit your file. Make sure to review the submission guidelines to avoid any file being declined. 


6. Fill out the submission form. Note that some of the fields are required and you will not be able to proceed without filling completely. 


7. Submit your file. 


8. View the submission on the user dashboard. This will also allow you to monitor as your submission is being reviewed.


After submitting your file, wait for the ePosterBoard reviewer to begin sorting your file.

If there is any revisions or edits, the reviewer will message you.
